Western Writer
My short story BLOOD EPIPHANY, in the UNDER WESTERN STARS anthology, placed silver in the competitive Will Rogers Medallion Awards. The ceremony takes place in Fort Worth, a town special to my heart because that's where the gleam in my father's eye became me! Red Steagall's Cowboy Gathering happens at the same time, and the books signings we did in the stockyards was a lot of fun. (2021)
I love Muskrat Hill. I'm glad somebody else liked it, too. Thank you, Western Fictioneers!
